Learning Style (VAK)

Using the standard VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinaesthetic) model, this assessment tool will provide a breakdown of the primary and secondary learning styles of the individual.  It will also identify if there is an aversion to a particular style of learning.  Although there may be elements of this that could impact teamwork, the most likely usage will be for learning and development.  Invaluable for making sure that you provide the most appropriate and effective on-the-job learning for an individual – saving you money and making sure learning works.
