Simulated Calling Environments
These were our original tests, devised over 25 years ago. Tried, tested and proven in some of the most harsh and pressured environments, they give a clear indication of the ability of an individual to undertake a contact centre role. The environments range from 999 call centres to financial services.
The test checks an individual’s ability to translate auditory information (the simulated call) into written information which they enter into a call logging screen. The test is completed under timed conditions which introduces the element of real-world pressure that is most often faced in these scenarios. As there are ten consecutive simulated calls this also assesses an individual’s resilience under pressure.

We are also able to build bespoke scenarios for clients who have specific needs or want the test to more closely replicate their own environment.
